Job Summary

Develop and implement strategic plans for Applied Behavior Analysis programs while overseeing day-to-day operations and clinical fidelity. Provide direct supervision to BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring goals are data-driven, aligned with client diagnoses, and meeting insurance requirements. Review and approve clinical protocols, documentation, and staff performance metrics to maintain regulatory compliance and ethical standards. Mentor clinical staff through regular evaluations and lead trainings on best practices, while collaborating with administrative teams to support program expansion and equitable access. Uphold a weekly billable of 18 hours and serve as a resource for families regarding treatment goals and progress.

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification and licensure (per state regulations)
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ABA, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles, ethics, and insurance standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience with electronic data collection systems (e.g., CentralReach, Catalyst)
  • Ability to sit, stand, or lift up to 25 pounds as needed
  • May involve occasional travel to client sites or meetings
