Job Summary

Direct day-to-day operations of a center-based program by supervising BCBAs, managing client caseloads to meet billing expectations, and ensuring evidence-based treatment delivery. Provide consistent supervision to staff and mentees, conduct performance reviews including termination recommendations, and review treatment plans, behavior support plans, and incident reports. Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and the Family Liaison on scheduling and parent communication while maintaining adjusted billing and clinical analytics with the AVP. Complete all clinical documentation and billing via EHR in compliance with regulatory requirements and the BACBA Code.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis
  • Degree in ABA
  • BCBA
  • State Behavior Analyst licensure
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a BCBA
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism
  • No prior criminal history
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Must be able to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing)
  • Must be willing and able to utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan
  • Ability to utilize technology
  • Basic computer skills- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Windows
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Adhere to the BACBs Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analyst
