Clinical Director, BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - Moore, OK

Supervise and evaluate the clinical performance of BCBAs, oversee programming and treatment plans, and lead team meetings to ensure clinical consistency. Provide direct support for complex client cases, oversee RBT training and adherence to protocols, and participate in onboarding new clinicians. Facilitate parent training to ensure consistency and address elevated concerns to maintain family satisfaction. Collaborate with the Clinic Manager on scheduling, liaise with schools for collaborative care, and coordinate with QA to ensure clinical fidelity.
