Clinical Director, BCBA

Clinical Director (BCBA) leading center-based ABA teams with responsibility for mentoring Clinical Supervisors, guiding program integrity, and driving high-quality outcomes for families served. Provide leadership and supervision for Clinical Supervisors, oversee the client experience from intake through ongoing care, conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), ensure high clinical standards through QA activities and data-driven decision-making, monitor and guide treatment planning and progress, maintain up to 25 billable hours per week while providing QA oversight and clinical support to BCBAs, develop individualized training plans and lead onboarding for new clinicians, support and evaluate BCBA and Program Supervisor performance, collaborate with Operations Managers to strategically assign caseloads, lead BCBA and PS hiring at the center, and contribute to organizational growth initiatives. Qualifications include a Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA/Psychology, active BCBA certification, and at least 3 years of ABA supervisory experience. Strong leadership, collaboration across diverse teams, and comfort with technology are valued, along with TB/immunization and background clearance. Spanish-speaking is a plus. The role combines clinical excellence with operational leadership and offers a structured environment focused on clinician well-being and impactful family outcomes, with partial remote work (2 days/week) and a base salary in the range of $95k-$100k plus bonus potential and benefits.
