The Clinical Director for the Adolescent and Family Services division manages clinical treatment from intake to discharge for youth-serving residential treatment programs. This role includes establishing clinical goals, ensuring efficient referral and intake processes, implementing program goals, and conducting annual reports. Responsibilities also encompass hiring, training, and supervising clinical staff, providing therapy, ensuring client care and safety, and handling crisis intervention and all client tracking and evaluation. The ideal candidate will possess a Doctoral level education and relevant MA state licensure, along with supervisory and program development experience.
