Clinical Director

Clinical Director leading ABA program operations: provide leadership, supervision, and training to BCBAs and RBTs; ensure ethical, evidence-based treatment per BACB guidelines and payer requirements; oversee treatment plans, data-driven interventions, and documentation to ensure compliance and high-fidelity implementation. supervise and mentor staff, conduct observations and evaluations, and ensure supervision meets BACB requirements. deliver trainings on ABA principles; promote staff development and ongoing education; collaborate with families, schools, and providers to generalize skills. manage operational needs including scheduling, staffing, billing collaboration, authorization coordination, and adherence to HIPAA and Medicaid; monitor client progress, implement timely program modifications, and drive KPIs for session-note compliance, authorization communications, and staffing effectiveness. Provide input on staffing priorities, caseload assignments, and continuity of care across cases; maintain a small clinical caseload and ensure appropriate supervision of RBTs per payer and BACB requirements.
