Job Summary

Set organization-wide standards of care and ensure ethical, trauma-informed service delivery across six locations. Own the design and continuous improvement of individual, family, and group therapy programming while building clinical protocols for intake, assessment, treatment planning, and discharge. Lead clinical supervisors and site staff, maintaining consistent supervision across distinct state regulatory environments and overseeing performance management for clinical leadership. Partner with agency leadership on strategic planning, grant writing, and clinical budgeting, representing Life Renewal in regional provider relationships. Track clinical outcomes and quality metrics to drive program improvement, ensuring crisis-response systems remain sharp and reliable. Travel regularly to Alaska and Hawaii alongside virtual leadership between visits, with a schedule that includes some evenings and weekends.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related clinical field
  • Current, unrestricted clinical licensure in at least one PacWest state (OR, WA, MT, ID, AK, or HI)
  • Willingness to pursue additional state credentials within 6 months of hire
  • 5+ years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience
  • Track record of leading clinical teams and programs
  • Real experience in trauma-informed care, substance use disorder treatment, and mental health services
  • Experience overseeing clinical compliance and quality in a regulated behavioral health setting
  • Valid driver's license
  • Personal vehicle access

  • Personal umbrella policy of at least $1,000,000
  • Attestation to being free from chemical use problems for at least two years prior to hire
  • Continuous-abstinence standards defined by applicable state administrative code
  • Professional dress and conduct
  • Willingness to travel regularly including flights to Alaska and Hawaii
  • Availability for some evenings and weekends
