Clinical Director

Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services, oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in behavioral health, provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans, collaborate with families and professionals to ensure comprehensive care, foster teamwork and professional development within the center, and participate in leadership and career-growth pathways within the organization.
