Job Summary

Drive execution of key service, quality, and growth initiatives while managing day-to-day operations, including staff and client scheduling. Execute clinical policies and provide oversight to a team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs by conducting trainings, reviewing behavioral data to problem-solve insufficient progress, and completing annual performance evaluations. Maintain a reduced clinical caseload for direct assessment and treatment, participate in hiring processes, and handle sensitive employee relations issues. Communicate with administrative teams for records management and payer relationships, attend required regional meetings, and reference behavior analytic literature to inform evidence-based treatment.

Required Qualifications

  • A master's degree in ABA or a related field
  • An active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • 3 years of experience as a practicing BCBA
  • Knowledge of best practices in the treatment of autism
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families
  • Experience serving in a leadership/management role for an ABA provider
  • Experience managing teams, projects, and meetings
  • Proficiency with ABA data collection and practice management systems such as Central Reach
  • Are able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in English
  • Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and satisfactory driving record
  • Meet the physical requirements of the position, to include lifting of packages, or equipment, and accessing non-barrier free premises
  • Are able to pass a background check
