Job Summary
Conduct daily and weekly utilization reviews with supervisors to optimize client service and maintain compliance. Perform monthly ride-alongs and QPI monitoring visits to provide feedback on case management and supervisory responsibilities. Monitor billing data, develop intervention plans for low performers, and manage BCBAs and RBTs through documentation, competency exams, and retention protocols. Lead supervisor management via 1:1 meetings, monthly group sessions, disciplinary procedures, and recruitment interviews. Engage in community outreach with physician groups, schools, and parent organizations while overseeing in-clinic capacity and clinical program implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with only general supervision
- BCBA certification
- Proficiency with MS Office, word processing, spreadsheets, Internet software, E-mail, Database software, project management software
- Highly organized
- Professional, positive attitude and appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 25 pounds
- Direct work with clients may include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, kneeling, squatting, running, twisting and turning, reaching above shoulders and/or frequent physical transitions
