Job Summary
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices, provide training on clinical methods, monitor patient progress, collaborate with families and professionals to ensure comprehensive care, and foster teamwork and professional development within the center. Includes mentorship supervision, bonuses for supervision and certification of clinicians, and opportunities for career growth within a structured leadership pathway. Relocation packages available; 3 days per month of remote work; schedule is Mon-Fri 11:00am-6:30pm with rotating Saturday mornings; benefits include comprehensive health options, 401k match, CEU opportunities, and family support benefits.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- supervision experience of RBTs/trainees
- Master's degree in ABA or related field preferred
- leadership/management experience in clinical ABA settings
