Job Summary
Clinical Director ABA Autism Clinic oversees ABA therapy programs for clients with autism, providing clinical supervision and leadership to behavior analysts and technicians; responsible for staff recruitment/training, developing and implementing treatment protocols, collaboration with families and stakeholders, ensuring program quality through data analysis and regular performance evaluations, staying current with ABA research and best practices, and maintaining open communication with parents/guardians to facilitate skill generalization; role emphasizes management, program development, and clinical oversight within a multi-clinic organization, with 2 work-from-home days per month and a dynamic salary program.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Licensed Behavior Analyst (where required)
- Minimum of 3 years of ABA therapy experience as a BCBA with progressive responsibilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and evidence-based treatment design
- Knowledge of regulations, ethical guidelines, and best practices in ABA therapy
- Ongoing CEUs in supervision, ethics, OBM, and related content areas
