Clinical Director ($5,000 Sign-on Bonus) | Adult Outpatient

The Clinical Director leads clinically across the adult outpatient program, providing supervision, mentoring, and training to clinical leaders and teams, ensuring high-quality care through evidence-based practices, and aligning operational and fiscal objectives with accreditation and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include overseeing delivery of care and compliance, supervising clinical staff, conducting audits and action plans, ensuring proper documentation and treatment transitions, developing and updating programming to meet organizational goals, monitoring outcomes, coordinating with the Director of Clinical Training for staff development, supporting collaboration across internal and external multidisciplinary teams, and delivering individual supervision to under-licensed therapists after licensure. The role also entails conducting assessments, providing therapy and crisis support, and ensuring ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and agency requirements.
