Job Summary
Clinical Director to provide leadership and strategic direction for Marvelous Counseling & Therapy, PLLC's behavioral health programs, ensuring evidence-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive services; supervise licensed clinicians, counselors, social workers, case managers, interns, and other clinical staff; oversee clinical operations, quality assurance, compliance with HHSC/Medicaid/HIPAA, and collaboration with partners; oversee program development, risk management, and crisis response; support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and staff development; travel locally to program sites as needed. Qualifications include a Master's degree or higher in a related behavioral health field, Texas licensure, 5+ years clinical experience, 3+ years of leadership, and strong familiarity with Medicaid, HIPAA, and regulatory standards. Prefer bilingual (English/Spanish) and experience with accreditation and quality improvement; must be able to travel locally to program sites.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Texas professional license in good standing (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent)
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive clinical experience in behavioral health
- Minimum of three (3) years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Strong knowledge of Texas Medicaid behavioral health programs and regulatory requirements
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of HIPAA, clinical ethics, risk management, and documentation standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
