Job Summary
Lead clinical quality management across treatment centers within the assigned region, overseeing supervision for supervisors, chart auditing, and quality-score governance. Facilitate clinical training virtually or in-person, review policies and procedures for regulatory alignment, and drive improvement actions in response to audit findings. Identify gaps and risks in clinical services, support state/federal/payor regulatory compliance, and partner with regional leaders to standardize best practices and expand services. Travel up to 50% to treatment centers and meetings while supporting center clinical teams to enhance quality of care.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LAC)
- Masters degree required
- Minimum five years' experience in clinical supervision or quality assurance
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and billing/coding auditing
- Ability to manage workload and mentor staff effectively
- Travel up to 50% to treatment centers and meetings
