Clinical Dietitian PRN - Northside Hospital Atlanta

Provide services in the inpatient and/or outpatient setting by preparing and implementing nutritional assessments with care plans in accordance with departmental policy and standards of care. Prioritize patients at high-risk using the multi-patient task list, MD consults, or referrals, and initiate medical nutrition therapy interventions as part of the patient's individual plan of care. Function as a liaison between the Nutritional Services Department, Medical Staff, Nursing Staff, and other Ancillary Departments. Work hours vary.
