Job Summary
Establish and implement clinical nutrition policies and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Organize work schedules and assignments to meet deadlines while monitoring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Initiate nutritional assessments for residents, develop individualized care plans, and ensure quality meals are delivered. Provide input on organizational policies, prepare reports for the Director of Nursing, and discuss dietary concerns with residents, families, and visitors. Make daily operational decisions regarding clinical nutrition and propose budgetary needs. Work full-time, 64 hours per pay period, at our Moorhead campus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association
- Must be a Registered Dietician (LRD)
- Licensed in the state of Minnesota
