Job Summary
Develop individualized nutrition plans and feeding routes in accordance with physicians' orders while monitoring patient responses against measurable goals. Clearly communicate nutritional data across all systems and participate in health team meetings as the resident nutrition expert. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary environment to identify patients at nutrition risk and work with the Food and Nutrition Services team to enhance the patient experience. Integrate clinical expertise with evidence-based care to consistently adhere to professional standards and foster effective communication with patients and healthcare teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with completion of accredited dietetics program (ACEND - Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition Dietetics)
- Registered Dietitian (RD or RD-ADA or RD-AND or RD-CDR) within 90 days of hire
