Clinical Dietician, Med/Onc, Full - Time, Days (1 weekend/month)

Conduct nutritional assessments utilizing medical information, anthropometric data, laboratory values, and diet history to develop care plans that address medical, developmental, and socio-cultural needs. Provide recommendations for calorie/protein supplements, enteral support, and vitamin/mineral preparations while counseling patients on disease-specific nutrition therapy. Evaluate intervention effectiveness using BMI and medical condition changes, then document all assessments and consultations in the medical record. Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team and coordinate student rotations as assigned. This full-time, 36-hour role includes one weekend per month and requires a Registered Dietitian licensed in Illinois with a B.S. in dietetics.
