Job Summary
Design and manage leadership team meetings, agenda setting, and action tracking while connecting work across teams to ensure alignment on shared priorities. Coordinate complex workflows for Clinical Development leadership, prepare presentations, and facilitate departmental operational processes. Support project plans, milestone tracking, and operational dashboards to surface insights and identify risks. Manage budget tracking, vendor engagements, and contract administration activities. Draft leadership messaging, town hall content, and internal communications while leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools to streamline processes. Serve as a liaison between Enterprise AI teams and development groups to facilitate tool adoption. This 24-month career launchpad offers direct engagement with clinical development leadership to develop foundational skills for future enterprise roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology), Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline
- 2+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, research, business operations, or related environments
- Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- Permanent work authorization in the United States
- This is a hybrid role requiring you to live within commuting distance and work on-site an average of 2.5 days per week or more as needed
