Job Summary

Lead clinical development programs in neuromuscular or related neurodegenerative fields by driving clinical strategy, developing regulatory submission sections, and overseeing trial data review and reporting. Translate scientific insight into clinical execution while partnering with trial leaders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to influence regulatory strategy and support benefit-risk assessments. Manage global clinical initiatives from early to late phases, ensuring adherence to good clinical practice standards and delivering high-impact programs that advance innovative therapies.

Required Qualifications

  • Medical degree
  • Clinical training
  • Medical specialization in either Neuromuscular or Neuroscience / Neurodegeneration and/or Movement disorders
  • Several years of experience gained in clinical research or global drug development across early and late phases
  • Proven experience leading or contributing to global clinical trials, including planning, execution, and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory requirements, and good clinical practice standards
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse, interpret, and communicate complex scientific and clinical data
  • Experience working effectively in global, cross-functional, and matrixed environments with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

  • Expertise in Gene Therapy research especially CAR-T
  • Focused in Neuroscience, with Neuromuscular experience if strongly preferred, but we would be open to experience in neuro-degeneration, muscular disorders and neuroinflammation
