Job Summary

Establish and maintain trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, investigators, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams across Spain to support clinical trial start-up, site feasibility, and patient recruitment. Communicate scientific information regarding neuromuscular diseases, pipeline assets, and ongoing trials while representing the company at national and international congresses. Coordinate interactions among investigators, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and CROs to ensure high-quality study conduct and gather actionable field insights. Prioritize extensive travel across Spain and Europe (50–70%) to engage stakeholders and execute study activation strategies. This field-based role contributes to ground-breaking research for underserved neuromuscular conditions within a global biopharma partner.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline
  • MSc, PharmD, PhD, or MD
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or clinical research industry
  • Previous experience supporting clinical trials and engaging with investigators and healthcare professionals
  • Experience in Neurology, Neuromuscular Diseases, Rare Diseases, or Neuroscience
  • Strong understanding of clinical research processes, including study start-up, site management, and patient recruitment
  • Demonstrated success building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key external stakeholders
  • Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively in cross-functional and international teams
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Spain and occasionally within Europe (approximately 50–70%)
  • Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Prior experience in Rare Diseases and/or Neuromuscular Diseases
