Job Summary
In this leadership role, the Clinical & Development Director will focus on scoping, developing, and implementing new and existing programs, processes, and systems. This includes connecting work streams, collaborating with clinical teams and executive leadership, and ensuring doctors and field teams receive necessary support. Key responsibilities include identifying gaps in initiatives, mobilizing internal resources, and creating business cases for new programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong planning, project management skills, and communication abilities to successfully drive strategic initiatives in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 8+ years of progressive strategy and/or operations management experience in distributed multi-site services, preferably in premium healthcare, consumer/retail facing industries
- Excellent professional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to communicate and interact with diverse constituencies and motivate teams
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Experience in clinical or doctor relationship management
- Demonstrated success partnering in a matrixed environment to implement strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical and business reporting skills
