Clinical Deputy Manager

Oversee nursing care and activities within The Arkley Care Home; create and update individual care plans; maintain accurate medication records; manage staffing rotas to ensure adequate coverage; provide day-to-day clinical guidance and mentorship to the team; promote residents’ independence, dignity and choice; build relationships with residents, their families, and local partners; liaise with partners to raise the home’s profile; ensure up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
