Job Summary
Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home, creating and updating individual electronic care plans while maintaining accurate medication records. Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained through efficient rota management and provide day-to-day clinical support to the team, promoting residents' independence and dignity. Build lasting relationships with residents and families, foster a sense of community within the home, and liaise with local partners to raise the care home's profile. Work full-time (40 hours) including weekends on rota, supporting the Home Manager to deliver person-centred care in a 61-bedroom setting.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience of working as a Deputy Manager within a care home environment
