Job Summary
Clinical Dental Assistant to support chairside exams and procedures (crowns, fillings, extractions, implant-related care), take digital x-rays, maintain infection control, assist with patient flow and documentation, and support lab/impression work at Virtue Dental in the Big Bend/Muskego WI area. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, strong communication with doctors and staff, HIPAA/OSHA compliance, and opportunities for growth within a private practice that serves multiple communities. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends; competitive hourly pay in the $20–$27 range; benefits include dental care, PTO, and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Some dental assisting experience preferred
- X-ray certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, sterilization, chairside assisting
- Experience with digital dentistry or software like Dentrix/Open Dental/Eaglesoft is a plus but not required
