Job Summary
Assist with provider and coach assignments based on licensure and operational requirements, monitor care team panels for balance and coverage gaps, and validate data accuracy across internal systems. Respond to assignment requests from providers and coaches, coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, and maintain assignment trackers and reports. Analyze operational inefficiencies to recommend process improvements, support QA initiatives for cycle-time reduction, and generate analytics on panel load distribution and time-to-assignment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation integrations and flag data anomalies for leadership review.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google sheets (formulas, filters, sorting, pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis)
- Familiarity with Claude or other AI productivity tools
- Basic understanding of medical terminology, including: Healthcare provider licenses, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Care team structures
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
