Job Summary
Clinical Data Scientist/Methodologist responsible for designing methodologies to evaluate fitness-for-purpose of real-world data (RWD) sources, leading feasibility assessments for EHRs, claims, registries, and wearable data; developing data-quality assessment frameworks (accuracy, completeness, validity, timeliness, longitudinal consistency, integrity); ensuring appropriate use of coding standards (ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC, RxNorm) and advanced epidemiological/biostatistical methods (propensity scores, time-to-event analyses, sensitivity analyses, bias assessment); collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver reliable insights and evidence for internal decision-making and regulatory-grade outputs; ensuring deliverables are grounded in medical evidence and guidelines; communicating findings to stakeholders and supporting data-driven decision making; familiarity with RWD data platforms (Snowflake, OHDSI OMOP) and AI coding tools is preferred.
