Job Summary
Lead the management and analysis of clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data strategies, oversee collection and validation processes, and develop analysis plans. Manage and mentor data teams while driving continuous improvement in data handling. Requires a Bachelor's degree in life sciences or computer science, extensive clinical data management experience, and proficiency in relevant software. Willingness to travel approximately 10% is required. This role supports ICON's mission to accelerate new medicines to patients through world-class clinical research.
