Clinical Data Associate II

Job Summary
Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies while maintaining accuracy and integrity. Generate, track, and resolve data queries with investigative sites and internal stakeholders. Review clinical data listings for completeness, consistency, and quality. Analyze and resolve data validation reports, perform reconciliation activities for Serious Adverse Events and third-party vendors, and produce project-specific status reports. Support CRF implementation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely study deliverables while adhering to Good Clinical Practices and standard operating procedures. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience in clinical data management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with data management applications. Standard hours are Monday through Friday with occasional site travel; hybrid work is available. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Clinical Data Management or a related field
- Solid understanding of Clinical Data Management processes and GCP requirements
- Knowledge of clinical trial terminology, study protocols, and Data Validation Manuals
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong English proficiency
