Job Summary
Supports the daily operational functions of the Nursing Department across multiple residential programs, including staffing coordination, scheduling oversight, onboarding support, timekeeping processes, and administrative operations. Acts as a central liaison between nurses, nursing leadership, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and external nursing agencies to ensure continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Develops and maintains comprehensive nursing schedules, creates training schedules, manages rotating on-call schedules and leads on-call operations for medical model homes, participates in interviewing nursing applicants and onboarding progress with HR/Talent Acquisition, maintains relationships with nursing agencies, processes timesheets and invoices with credential verification, inputs required clinical documentation for travel nurses, serves as primary contact for scheduling, payroll platforms, and operational questions, and tracks leaves and staffing updates with the team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in nursing / scheduling
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing models and residential nursing operations
- Advanced scheduling and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with scheduling systems, payroll platforms, and electronic health record systems (EHana experience strongly preferred)
