Job Summary
Provide family therapy for parents of children ages 3+ and conduct individual one-on-one therapy with children ages 5+, pending clinical evaluation. Perform initial assessments, behavioral observations, and develop individualized treatment plans while delivering psychoeducation to clients and families. Collaborate with internal team members and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care, and serve as a clinical supervisor to LPC/MSW/MA level prepared team members. Work three nights weekly with evening shifts until 5, 6, or 7 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling or social work from a CACREP/CSWE accredited university
- LCPC or LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois
- Prior experience working with children and families
