Job Summary
Clinical Counselor responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and environmental factors; provide individual, family, or group counseling and psychotherapy (onsite and via telehealth); develop and implement treatment plans; collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to coordinate care; provide crisis intervention and assess suicide/homicide risk; advocate for clients and connect them to community resources and housing or financial aid programs; create positive therapeutic relationships with clients and families; require Ohio license (LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC/LISW-S/LPCC-S) and a Bachelor's or Master's degree; offered benefits include EAP, health plans, retirement, life insurance, disability, PTO, and tuition assistance; organization operates as a patient-centered medical home with multiple locations and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
