Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family counseling using various intervention models. Create and monitor treatment plans, and conduct home or school visits to ensure clients receive consistent support. This role reports to the Program Manager at Illinois Youth Center in Chicago. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, or a related field, with preferred licensure in LPC, LSW, AMFT, or CADC. Experience working with adolescents is required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The position offers a salary of $55K–$58K, comprehensive benefits including 403(b) retirement and student loan forgiveness eligibility, and mileage reimbursement.
