Job Summary
Provide clinical services including assessments, individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis intervention to adults with mental health or substance use diagnoses. Complete diagnostic assessments, safety plans, treatment plans, and discharge plans while maintaining accurate clinical records under quality improvement and billing standards. Collaborate with staff and community providers, educate clients on resources, and encourage wellness and recovery action plans. Requires LSW, LISW, LPC, or related licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills
- Collaborates and coordinates with other staff and service providers involved in client care in the community
- Excellent time management skills; organized and able to prioritize
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients
- Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, schedules, dates, and information
- Self-directed and self-motivated and dedicated to helping others
