Job Summary
The Clinical Counseling Intern will actively participate in the clinical intake process, conducting comprehensive assessments, and engaging in individual counseling and psychoeducation. Responsibilities include documenting client care, facilitating group and individual sessions, and assisting clients with applications for government assistance. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Master's Degree program requiring an internship and hold certifications in CPR/First Aid. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to maintain ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current CPR/First Aid/Narcan training
- Current and annual negative TB Test
- Current valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (preferred)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check performed annually and upon hire (preferred)
- Successfully pass a background check and an Arizona Department of Health Services Adult Protective Services check
Desired Qualifications
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Additional Requirements
