Job Summary
Coordinate clinical and operational functions of the Mobile Medication Unit, supervising Case Manager and Peer staff through ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluation. Oversee data collection, program reporting, and intake processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards while facilitating multidisciplinary meetings. Lead coordination with internal and external partners to expand service access and maintain referral networks. Provide direct clinical, case management, and crisis intervention coverage during staff absences or high-demand periods. Represent the unit at community or partner meetings as assigned. This role supports program expansion, implementation of new initiatives, and onboarding of new staff within a comprehensive health care organization offering integrated medical and behavioral health services.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, CRC, Ph.D., MSN, CASAC, etc.)
- Minimum of two (2) years of case-management/counseling or program coordination experience in a substance use disorder or behavioral health setting
- Ability to interact effectively with all populations served and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with computer operation (Microsoft Word, Excel, Electronic Health Record and Outlook programs)
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends
- This position will require availability as needed including on call responsibilities
