Job Summary
Provide clinical and administrative supervision, training, and mentoring for case managers and rehabilitation specialists on assigned teams. Ensure clinical quality and productivity standards are met by developing and implementing assessments and individual service plans for each member. Maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications while holding a valid Arizona driver's license. Requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree in behavioral health with at least two years of experience working with seriously mentally ill adults.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough and working knowledge of psychiatric and co-occurring disorders
- Knowledge of DSM-V–TR codes and descriptions
- Knowledge of psychotropic medications
- Knowledge of crisis intervention
- Excellent leadership skills
- Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow direction
- Use of sound judgment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to identify priorities and stay organized
- Must maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications
- Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum two (2) years experience working with seriously mentally ill adults
- Master's degree or bachelor's degree in a field related to behavioral health or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience preferred
- Preferred typing skills of 25-40 wpm
- Knowledge of community based behavioral health services preferred
- Specialized knowledge of co-occurring substance abuse disorder assessment and treatment
- Specialized knowledge of housing needs assessments and resources
