Clinical Coordinator Supervisor

Review new referrals with Nursing Leadership, Intake, Pharmacy, and Authorization teams to ensure clinical appropriateness and timely initiation of care. Coordinate patient scheduling for home infusion visits, Ambulatory Infusion Suites, physician offices, and alternate sites while collaborating with Pharmacy Operations to streamline medication availability. Provide clinical triage and escalation support, manage nursing assignments based on patient needs and nurse competencies, and monitor daily and future nursing schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage. Escalate clinical concerns to the Nursing Director, assist with management of patient complaints and incident reports, and maintain accurate documentation within company systems and electronic medical records.
