Clinical Coordinator

Maintain and implement nursing policies and procedures in support of the Wellness Director and clinical team. Ensure delivery of compassionate quality care by using the SmartLinx app for appropriate scheduling of current, active employees. Manage PTO requests for clinical staff and ensure time is approved by the Wellness Director to support resident care scheduling. Assist with implementation of company policies, including administering and coordinating activities in accordance with established procedures and benefit enrollment during orientation. Actively engage in recruitment and staffing activities to attract and retain staff in the community. This role supports a premier assisted living and memory care community in Alpharetta, GA, utilizing advanced EHR technologies and AI video tools to enhance resident safety and care delivery.
