Clinical Coordinator RN Operating Room

Act as a charge nurse on weekends, coordinating work shift activities and serving as a role model, facilitator, mentor, and coach for clinical and support staff. Assist the Nurse Manager with continuous quality improvement, personnel utilization, performance appraisals, resource usage, budget management, and maintenance of standards of care while providing direct patient care on designated units. Requires current RN licensure, minimum one year acute care experience, and knowledge to modify care based on patient age.
