Job Summary
Lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease by coordinating patient care plans, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring high standards of care and safety. Responsibilities include monitoring outcomes, ensuring compassionate dialysis delivery, and building long-term relationships with patients and families. The role requires a current RN license, CPR certification, and relevant nursing experience, with a preference for candidates holding a BSN and certifications in CNN/CDN.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license and CPR certification
- 18+ months RN experience
- 6+ months dialysis experience
- Charge RN readiness approval required
- ADN required
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- ICU experience preferred
- ER experience preferred
- Med/Surg experience preferred
- CNN/CDN certification a plus
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
