Clinical Coordinator Physician Assistant Studies

Oversee the planning, coordination, and evaluation of clinical rotations for PA students while collaborating with clinical sites, preceptors, and faculty to ensure adherence to accreditation standards. Secure and maintain clinical training affiliation agreements, distribute training manuals, and coordinate student assignments to appropriate sites and preceptors. Provide ongoing support to preceptors, monitor student patient logging in Typhon, and update electronic scheduling platforms for compliance. Assist in preparing accreditation reports, implementing quality assurance measures, and participating in program self-evaluation and committee work. Foster relationships with healthcare organizations and represent the program at community events. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel to clinical sites.
