Clinical Coordinator

Job Summary
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for supervising a clinical services case management team, managing a case load, conducting supervision and professional development, auditing case files, organizing workshops and events, and overseeing program operations in the absence of the Program Director. A master's degree and at least two years of supervisory experience in case management are required, along with strong communication skills and a commitment to client-centered and culturally sensitive service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Sociology, or Human Services or related field
- Minimum of two years’ experience supervising a case management team
- Strong understanding of the developmental needs of adults
- Sensitivity to ethnic and cultural diversity
- Knowledge of and commitment to working from a strength-based perspective
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous work experience with the Department of Homeless Services or the Department of Mental Hygiene preferred
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
