Job Summary
Clinical Coordinator providing provider and patient care support as primary scribe, entering real-time documentation in the EMR, handling patient intake and vitals, processing referrals and imaging orders, and coordinating procedural readiness for injections. Also supports clinic operations by identifying bottlenecks, solving workflow issues, and assisting the Clinic Manager and provider team in high-volume, time-sensitive settings. Requires strong clinical skills, proactive thinking, and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- associate degree preferred
- EMR proficiency required (eCW preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- ability to manage tasks independently
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain) preferred
