Clinical Coordinator

Serve as the primary scribe for the attending physician during clinic, entering real-time documentation in the EMR while supporting providers with patient intake, vitals, telephone encounters, and documentation. Process referrals, imaging orders, and TE workflows, and prepare patients for procedural readiness for injections such as SIJ, ESI, and MBBs. Coordinate care plans to ensure patients meet medical clearances before procedures, identify workflow bottlenecks for real-time problem solving, and proactively support clinic flow by anticipating provider and patient needs. Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to support high-volume or time-sensitive situations. This role is ideal for a high-performing MA with strong clinical skills and proactive thinking.
