Clinical Coordinator - Nursing Education

Job Summary
Coordinate and evaluate clinical sites for a pre-licensure nursing program; mentor adjunct faculty and serve as the first point-of-contact for resolving clinical personnel issues between staff at clinical sites, faculty, and students. Develop and deliver orientation and training for clinical faculty on site and nursing coursework; verify student and faculty clinical compliance; monitor attendance and manage makeups. May have teaching responsibilities in lab or clinical course. Collaborate with the Director to align clinical experiences with course/program outcomes, and build relationships with university partners across the nation. Work with an online program management team to support career development and professional growth for nursing educators. Requires MS in Nursing and an unencumbered NJ RN license; at least two years of teaching experience in roles such as preceptor, adjunct clinical instructor, or classroom/lab; strong communication and relationship-building skills.
