Job Summary
Coordinate all patient care activities for the defined clinical unit during night shifts under the Nursing Director. Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, timekeeping, and developing unit goals. Participate in staff evaluation, coaching, and disciplinary actions as warranted. Provide coverage for the Director when requested and conduct training sessions or staff support during all shifts as required.
