Job Summary
Conduct initial home visits within 72 hours of placement to complete intake assessments and safety planning, followed by a series of clinically appropriate home visits and family support group sessions. Provide clinical assessments, coordinate care, and support treatment foster parents to ensure placement stability while functioning as a member of the client's treatment team. Recognize and report signs of abuse and neglect, progress notes, and educate the team on individual client needs based on age and functioning level. Respond to crisis calls for assigned foster parents and include parents or guardians in client care plans. Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining professional behavior in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited university in the area of social work or counseling
- 3 or more years of relevant mental health experience working with children / adolescents
- Driver's License Must be in good standing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in computer programs and software
- Must be available for some evening and weekend hours
Desired Qualifications

- LCSW / LMHC / LMFT licensure
