Clinical Coordinator Laboratory Medicine- Part time

Manage and enhance the clinical education experience for students by serving as a liaison between didactic and clinical instructors. Plan, monitor, and audit the clinical experience across laboratory and support areas to ensure compliance with accreditation, grant, and facility standards. Support student success through onboarding, orientation, and ongoing mentorship while providing feedback to program faculty and bench instructors. Contribute to program development, recruitment, and strategic planning to improve learning outcomes and align curriculum with certification best practices.
